Subcontractors and partners. Genaxis often acts as the main contractor and works with subcontractors and marketing agencies to deliver AI‑powered websites, SEO, SEM, branding and integration with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. We share only the data necessary for subcontractors to perform their services and require them to uphold confidentiality obligations and comply with data‑protection laws.
Pebble AI and other third‑party technology providers. As an official distributor of Pebble AI, we transmit relevant data (e.g., contact information, usage metrics and content uploads) to Pebble AI’s platform for account provisioning and service delivery. Where we integrate with other AI or CRM solutions, we share data required for those systems to function effectively.
Government agencies and funding bodies. When facilitating grant applications, we disclose necessary information to authorities such as the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).
Professional advisors and legal service providers. We may share data with consultants, auditors, lawyers and insurers to obtain advice and manage risks.
